Minion Cake

I had the joy of making a cake in the shape of a minion from Despicable Me for my godson's 1st birthday party.

I tried fondant from http://www.sugarpastedirect.co.uk/ for the first time too to cover it. It was amazing, Lovely and firm and a dream to cover with, no tearing or elephant skin.

The Depressed Cake Shop - Liverpool
